We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure.
We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a Postal Order (only) or a personal cheque. Personal cheques will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any goods.
Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping of your order if paid by personal cheque. To order by cheque, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then mail the form to our HQ address.
Return / Refund Policy
Returns Policy (This provision does not apply to trade sales) As a consumer, you have a statutory right to cancel the contract at any time until seven working days after the day following delivery. You must however understand that this statutory right of cancellation does not apply to orders which are made to measure or cut to your requirements. This right is also subject to our following Return Procedure:
The product must be in new, unused and in perfect condition for resale.
You must inform us of the cancellation within the relevant time scale and then we shall inform you of a return reference number and the location to where the goods should be returned.
It is your responsibility to return the cancelled order with its original packing to the location as directed by us. Should this not be convenient for you, you may request us to collect the goods and we are entitled to charge for the collection service.
We shall make a full refund for any goods returned under this term within a reasonable time, using the same method of payment as your purchase with a deduction of collection charges, if any.
Other cancellations outside the above statutory right of cancellation are subject to
(1) the above Return Procedure,
(2) our acceptance and
(3) a re-stocking charge of 35% of the price.
Please note that we do not normally accept cancellation of made to order supplies. Your statutory rights as a consumer shall not be affected by this Term. For an example, if an item is proven to be faulty and you have informed us within a reasonable time, we shall accept your return and shall not charge you for re-stocking.
All internal UK orders are handled by a courier service.
All of our products are delivered by courier between 9:00am and 5:30pm Monday – Friday to an address of your choice. We ensure that you receive your goods as quickly as possible and at a reasonable cost. Please ensure someone is available to help unload and sign for the goods as they cannot be left without an authorised signature.
Our standard delivery time is 2-3 working days from clearance of funds and dependent on stock availability. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address, as all deliveries must be signed for.
In the event that you chosen product is out of stock you will be notified immediately. You may cancel your order at this point or we can place you chosen product on back-order for delivery in the future.
We will make every effort to deliver orders within the delivery option requested at the time the order was placed however we cannot guarantee this and we will not accept responsibility if your order is delivered outside this time. We recommend you only arrange for tradesmen to carry out work on your behalf after your order has actually been delivered from us.
We use a national carrier company to deliver our products and are bound by their own delivery policies. In the event of a worktop or large kitchen door order several people may be required to assist the driver with offloading. Please note that drivers are only required to deliver to the kerbside and assist with offloading and are not responsible for carrying products into customer premises.

Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.
If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service by e-mail it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days). It will then be dealt with confidentially, and effectively.
